ANNOTATION

Organizing for Health is a booklet that represents the collective work of dozens of individuals around the world who are working in adult education and primary health care. The ideas in this booklet come from the participants of the Trent Conference, who shared and collectively analyzed their experiences of working in primary health care: the successes, the obstacles they faced, the issues they confronted. Their well-prepared, thoughtful case studies, and their enthusiastic sharing of these experiences make up this booklet. This goal of this booklet is to demonstrate the relevance and value of adult education in primary health care and to assist primary health care workers and adult educators in their day-to-day work.
